Quinoa Crunch Salad
Fresh veggies, powerhouse quinoa, peanut dressing and bites of crunchy and sweet.
Directions:
- Cook the quinoa and edamame according to package directions.
- Chop all the vegetables.
- Add all dressing ingredients to a food processor or blender and combine until smooth.
- Assemble individual salads, or toss it all together and serve.
