Sprinkled Chocolate Brownies

Yields: 1 dozen

Brownies, frosting, and candy - a child's dream treat!

Ingredients:

  • 18.3 ounces Baker's Corner Fudge Brownie Mix
  • Carlini Cooking Spray
  • 2/3 cup Carlini Vegetable Oil
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 Goldhen Large Eggs
  • 8 ounces Happy Farms Cream Cheese, room temperature
  • 3 tablespoons Nesquik Chocolate Milk Mix*
  • 2 1.5-ounce packages Southern Grove Back to School Nut Assortment, Sweet N' Salty flavor*

Directions:

  1. Using the first five ingredients, prepare brownies according to package directions using a 9" x 9" pan. Cool to room temperature (approximately an hour).
  2. Using an electric mixer, beat cream cheese in a medium bowl until smooth. At low speed, gradually add the Nesquik.
  3. Frost cooled brownies with the cream cheese frosting. Sprinkle with the nut assortment, press pieces lightly into frosting.
  4. Place pan in the refrigerator for 20 minutes or until frosting has set, cut into 12 pieces.
