Ice Cream Truffles - Pumpkin Pie Shake

Sprinkled Chocolate Brownies
Prep time: 1 hour 25 minutes
Cook time: 40 minutes
Total time: 2 hours 5 minutes
Yields: 1 dozen
Brownies, frosting, and candy - a child's dream treat!
Ingredients:
- 18.3 ounces Baker's Corner Fudge Brownie Mix
- Carlini Cooking Spray
- 2/3 cup Carlini Vegetable Oil
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 Goldhen Large Eggs
- 8 ounces Happy Farms Cream Cheese, room temperature
- 3 tablespoons Nesquik Chocolate Milk Mix*
- 2 1.5-ounce packages Southern Grove Back to School Nut Assortment, Sweet N' Salty flavor*
Directions:
- Using the first five ingredients, prepare brownies according to package directions using a 9" x 9" pan. Cool to room temperature (approximately an hour).
- Using an electric mixer, beat cream cheese in a medium bowl until smooth. At low speed, gradually add the Nesquik.
- Frost cooled brownies with the cream cheese frosting. Sprinkle with the nut assortment, press pieces lightly into frosting.
- Place pan in the refrigerator for 20 minutes or until frosting has set, cut into 12 pieces.
