Ice Cream Truffles - Pumpkin Pie Shake

Patriotic Cup Cones
Prep time: 5 minutes
Cook time: 30-40 minutes
Total time: 35-45 minutes
Yields: 24 cones
Looks like an ice cream cone, but it’s a cupcake!
Ingredients:
- 1 box Baker’s Corner Patriotic Confetti Cake Mix*
- 1 1/4 cups water
- 4 Goldhen Egg Whites
- 1/3 cup Carlini Vegetable Oil
- 24 Benton's Kids Ice Cream Cones*
- Baker's Corner Patriotic Frosting*
- Baker's Corner Patriotic Sprinkle Jar*
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Stand the cones up in a 13 x 9 inch pan. You will need 2 pans for 24 cones.
- Prepare confetti cake mix according to package instructions.
- Fill each cone 3/4 the way with cake mix.
- Bake for 30-40 minutes.
- Cool and decorate with patriotic frosting and sprinkles!
