Five Key Ingredients? Go Figure!
Those little green tabs you see are ALDI “Fit Facts.” They keep tabs on the amount of calories, fat, sugar, saturates and salt contained in each serving of food you’re buying, expressed as a percentage of the standard, USDA Guideline Daily Amounts. Keep your daily total percentages in each category at or below 100% to help keep fit. Incorporating these figures into a diet plan, along with regular exercise, could have a big impact on your figure!
